Building a diverse organization is only sustainable if we make all employees feel included. They must be empowered to come to work as their authentic selves every day and have their ideas heard. We know we are stronger when we celebrate our various perspectives, backgrounds, cultures, skills and ideas. Ours is an atmosphere of open collaboration and opportunity for all.
Our Inclusion & Diversity Council
Our Inclusion & Diversity Council is a cross-functional team that provides governance and oversight of the organization’s Inclusion & Diversity efforts. It is comprised of senior leaders, Inclusiveness Resource Team (IRT) chairs and executive sponsors. The council meets on a quarterly basis.
The Council is responsible for reviewing and approving IRT charters and provides guidance to our five IRTs, which support a variety of employee populations.
Inclusiveness Resource Teams (IRTs)
Our IRTs are vital to delivering opportunity across WillScot Mobile Mini. Each team supports its members and educates people throughout our company about its culture, workplace experiences and unique perspectives through meetings, events and community service. IRTs enrich all of our lives and create a place to elevate unique voices and ideas. We currently have expanded and are relaunching our IRTs after the merger and we encourage the formation of new ones.
